Marcia Weiner Cohen

(Founder and CEO)

In January 2019, I heard those words that you never want to hear, “you have cancer”. It rocked our world!  Since then, I have been battling the disease with positive thinking and attitude and of course, chemotherapy.  This company was founded on the basis to help others through their diagnosis and treatment and bring awareness to this disease as it affects so many.

I am currently a Senior Finance Mgr, Product for Service Experts, an HVAC company serving the United States and Canada.  Before that, I worked for local Bethesda companies – On Campus Marketing and Clark Enterprises, Inc., the holding company of Clark Construction Group. I have my MBA from American University and my Bachelor’s of Science from University of Delaware. In addition  I have taken numerous classes within the University of Maryland UC branch.

I am currently on the board of Freedom Optimist Soccer, Planning Committee for Relay for Life of Carroll County and Treasurer of two Freedom Soccer Club teams.

I grew up in Garrett Park, Maryland, lived in North Bethesda, MD after college until I met my wonderful and supportive husband Erik then moved to the Baltimore/Carroll County, MD.  We are raising 3 beautiful girls that are in the pre-tween to teenage years so needless to say, our household is “interesting”.

My mom, dad and one brother were/are cancer survivors and I plan to follow in their footsteps.  In the meantime, I would like to help as many cancer patients and families as we can.  Any and all support is appreciated
